GIFT VOUCHER TERMS
  • Gift voucher will be valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.
  • Gift vouchers must be booked by the expiry date, extensions are not permitted.
  • Bookings made before the expiry date can be made for travel after expiry date. 
  • Any unused portion of the gift voucher after the expiry date is forfeited. 
  • Gift vouchers can only be booked via Airnorth Reservations by phone or email. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for any online bookings.
  • All gift voucher bookings must quote their unique gift voucher number at the time of booking.
  • It is the responsibility of the recipient to retain their gift voucher. Airnorth will not be held responsible for any lost or misplaced gift vouchers.
  • Airnorth will be unable to redeem any gift voucher if the unique voucher number is not provided, no exceptions.
  • Gifts vouchers are non-refundable and are not exchangeable for cash.
  • Only the named gift voucher holder is authorised to make the booking.
  • Gift vouchers can be transferred into another passengers name.
  • Gift vouchers can be redeemed towards any Airnorth booking on any route or sector.
  • Gift vouchers can only be used directly with Airnorth on Airnorth flights and cannot be used on any codeshare partner booking on another airline.
  • Gift voucher bookings are subject to the fare rules of the airfare purchased.
  • Services and routes offered are subject to schedule change.
  • The recipient will receive the gift voucher by the purchasers preference of email or post.
