Carry-on baggage
To ensure your journey with us is as comfortable and relaxed prior to departure, here is some important information on what is considered acceptable carry- on baggage for our aircraft types.
Your carry-on baggage must comply with our carriage conditions:
- fit under the seat in front of you or in an overhead locker
- not exceed the carry-on baggage allowances
- not include any dangerous goods
Carry-on baggage allowance and dimensions for Embraer E170 jet aircraft:
Airfares include a complimentary 9kg carry-on baggage allowance for each adult and child.
If travelling with an infant, customers may also carry on board any dietary and sanitation items that are needed for the flight.

*If connecting to an E120 aircraft, please ensure your carry-on baggage complies with our E120 baggage requirements.
In addition to your carry-on baggage allowance, you may also carry onboard one small personal item such as a handbag, laptop computer, overcoat, small camera, a reasonable amount of reading material or a small amount of duty-free goods (where permitted).
