AIRFARE RULE 

No fees apply where you are entitled to a refund or alternative flight under the Australian Consumer Law or Airnorth’s Conditions of Carriage.

Flight changesChanges can be made by phoning Airnorth Reservations 1800 627 474. Some changes can also be made online via Manage My Booking. Changes before and on the day of scheduled departure: Date changes permitted with no additional change fee A fare difference may apply. Your original airfare may be used as credit toward the payment of a new fare of equal or higher value, provided the new airfare conditions are met. Ticket value can be used toward payment for a new booking for travel anywhere on the Airnorth network within 12 months of the date that the original ticket was booked. Re-Routing of airfare: Permitted with no additional change fee. A fare difference may apply. At the time of making the change you are required to pay any fare difference between the fare for your new route airfare and the original airfare. Should the new route booking airfare be less than the original airfare, the remaining airfare is forfeited/no refund available.

RefundsBefore and on the day of scheduled departure: Fare is fully refundable; OROriginal airfare may be placed in credit. The credit value can be used as full or partial payment for a new booking for travel anywhere on the Airnorth network within 12 months of the date that the original ticket was booked.
PaymentImmediate payment is required for all internet bookings.Ticketing must be completed within 14 days after reservations are made, or at least 14 days before departure (whichever is earlier).

Before/after the day of scheduled departure: Cancellations are permitted, with full refund; OR Original airfare may be placed in credit and can be used as full or partial payment of a new airfare with applicable change fees. Credit is valid for a maximum of 12 months from the original date of booking. Your new booking must be for travel within 12 months of the date that the original ticket was booked.
Children/infantsChildren are classified as being over 2 years and under 12 years of age are required to occupy their own seat. Children not travelling with an adult passenger are considered as an unaccompanied minor – a supervision fee will apply. Children fares are charged at 100% of the adult airfare. Infants are classified as being under 2 years of age. Infants not occupying a seat travel free of charge Infants occupying a seat are charged at 100% of the adult airfare. Infants must be accompanied, with a maximum of one infant per adult travelling. More information on travelling with infants.
OtherWaitlist permitted;

Baggage Allowances is 20 Kg
  • Confirmed uplift on E120 aircraft 13 kgs.
  • Baggage in excess of 13kgs on E120 or 20kgs on E170 will be uplifted on standby basis.
  • Baggage in excess of 20 kgs is subject to excess baggage fees.
