No fees apply where you are entitled to a refund or alternative flight under the Australian Consumer Law or Airnorth’s Conditions of Carriage. All domestic fees and surcharges are inclusive of GST. International fees and surcharges are charged as published in AUD.

EXPLANATORY NOTES

  • DATE CHANGE FEES (1): A fee will apply for changes made to Air Sale and Air Saver fare. New fare must be of equal or higher value than the original ticket purchased. Fare difference may apply.
  • Date change fee is not applicable to Air Flex fares. Fares must be of equal or higher value than the original fare purchased. Fare difference may apply.
  • NAME CHANGE FEES (2): A fee will apply for name changes to Air Sale and Air Saver fares. Additional fee will be charged if a change of flight occurs to the itinerary. Fare difference may apply. For partially used tickets name changes are not permitted.
  • RE-ROUTING FEES (3): A fee will apply to all passengers travelling on an Air Sale or Air Saver fare. Fares must be of equal or higher value than original fare purchased. Fare difference may apply.
  • Re-Routing fees are not applicable to Air Flex fares. Fares must be of equal or higher value than the original fare purchased. Fare difference may apply.
  • CANCELLATION FEES (4): Air Sale and Air Saver fares can be placed into credit. No refunds are applicable. The unused value of the ticket may be used as a credit towards a new ticket on the same or different route. Change fees will apply and fare difference may apply. Credit value is valid for 12 months from the original date of ticket issue.
  • Cancellations of Air Flex fares can be made free of charge. The unused value of the ticket may either be used as a credit towards a new ticket on the same or different route, or refunded. Credit value is valid for 12 months from the original date of ticket issue.
  • CONDITION OF INFANT CARRIAGE (5): Restriction of one infant per adult.
  • BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE (6): E120 baggage allowance is 20 kg, with 13 kg confirmed and 7 kg on stand-by. For further information of Baggage services.
  • TICKET STOCK:  Bookings must be plated on TL (935) ticket stock.
